Since the year 2000, the local HRM agency ‘Competence@’ has been operating in China. Competence@ is a branch of CPM , an HRM agency and strategic partner for many International companies, and is developing its services in China according to the CPM holistic and customized approach, based on more than 20 years of proven results.
As a member of the CFR-Group, we are extending our network to seek out and attract highly skilled executives in the Asia-Pacific region. To this end, we have adapted our assessment and development centres to the Chinese language and culture. Within the development process, we place extra emphasis on retention policy, and we provide training and coaching both on our own and with partners, including in Mandarin.
